Report Distribution is the correct answer:

Report Distribution VCR type is queued, Unscheduled, user Initiated and One to Many communication.
When a device with a event or trend receives Pass token from LAS, it sends it message to "group address" defined for its VCR, the device that are configured to listen on the VCR will receive report.
